Customization Capabilities

Factory

The magnet production process begins with raw material melting, where rare earth materials are alloyed to form NdFeB magnetic alloys. The alloy is then processed through hydrogen decrepitation and fine powder milling to produce uniform magnetic powder. Next, the powder is shaped using magnetic field pressing, followed by high-temperature vacuum sintering to achieve the required magnetic strength. After sintering, magnets undergo precision cutting, grinding, and machining to achieve accurate sizes and tolerances.
To ensure durability and corrosion resistance, the magnets are treated with various surface coatings such as nickel (Ni-Cu-Ni), epoxy, zinc, or custom coatings. Finally, each batch undergoes strict magnetic performance testing, dimensional inspection, and quality control procedures before packaging and shipment.
With stable production capacity, advanced equipment, and strict quality management, we are able to provide custom magnet solutions, OEM/ODM services, and consistent supply for global B2B customers.

To ensure stable magnetic performance and consistent product quality, our factory is equipped with a complete set of professional magnetic testing and inspection equipment. Each batch of magnets is strictly tested during production and before shipment.
Our testing equipment mainly includes:
Gauss Meter – used to measure the surface magnetic flux density of magnets to ensure stable magnetic strength.
Fluxmeter – used to measure the total magnetic flux of permanent magnets and verify magnetic performance.
Helmholtz Coil Testing System – used to test magnetic properties such as Br (remanence), Hc (coercivity), and energy product of NdFeB magnets.
Pull Force Tester – used to test the magnetic holding force and ensure the magnets meet application requirements.
Salt Spray Test Machine – used to test corrosion resistance of surface coatings such as Ni-Cu-Ni or epoxy.
Hardness Tester – used to inspect coating hardness and durability.
Dimensional Inspection Tools – including digital calipers, micrometers, and projectors to ensure accurate product dimensions.
With these advanced inspection instruments, we are able to maintain strict quality control from raw materials to finished magnets, ensuring reliable performance for industrial, electronic, and consumer applications.
