The alloy is then processed through hydrogen decrepitation and fine powder milling to produce uniform magnetic powder. After sintering, magnets undergo precision cutting, grinding, and machining to achieve accurate sizes and tolerances.
To ensure durability and corrosion resistance, the magnets are treated with various surface coatings such as nickel (Ni-Cu-Ni), epoxy, zinc, or custom coatings.
