We manufacture small sintered neodymium magnets for OEM products, industrial assemblies and retail magnetic products.
For this series, common sizes include:
D8×1mm, D10×1mm, D10×2mm, D10×3mm, D10×4mm and D10×5mm.
N35 is the standard option for many projects. If the application requires higher magnetic performance, N38, N42, N45, N50 and N52 can also be produced.
Besides these standard dimensions, we manufacture according to customer drawings.

Available Coatings
The standard coating for most neodymium magnets is Ni-Cu-Ni.
Other surface treatments are available depending on the application:
Nickel
Zinc
Epoxy
Gold
Silver
For products used in humid or special environments, please tell us the actual working condition before choosing the coating.
N35 or Higher Grade?
N35 is sufficient for many standard commercial products.
Using N52 does not automatically mean the final product will work better.
For some projects, increasing magnet thickness, changing the magnetic circuit or reducing the air gap may be more effective than simply changing from N35 to a higher grade.
Before quotation, we normally ask about the application if the buyer has a specific force requirement.
This helps avoid unnecessary material cost.

Magnetic Inspection
Finished magnets can be checked using a Gauss meter.
For projects with specific magnetic requirements, the inspection method should be agreed before production.
Pull Force Test
Pull-force testing is available for suitable magnetic products and assemblies.
The test result is only meaningful when the testing conditions are clearly defined.

What is the MOQ?
There is no single MOQ for all magnet sizes.
MOQ depends on size, grade, coating and whether the product is in stock.
For customized magnets, send us the size and required quantity first. We will check the suitable production quantity.
Can you make D8×1mm and D10×1-5mm?
Yes.D8×1mm and D10×1mm to D10×5mm are within our regular manufacturing range.
Other dimensions can also be produced according to drawing.
Can I buy several sizes in one order?
Yes.
Please list the quantity for each size separately. We can combine them into one quotation and arrange production together.
Can I get free samples?
If suitable stock samples are available, we can discuss providing stock pieces for evaluation.
Customized samples may involve production or tooling cost depending on the product.
Courier cost is normally discussed separately.
