As a manufacturer of custom neodymium magnets, we produce countersunk NdFeB magnets for customers who need the magnet to become part of their finished assembly.

The central countersunk hole allows the magnet to be mechanically fixed with a flat-head screw. Compared with simply bonding a magnet onto a surface, this structure is particularly useful when the magnet needs a defined mounting position within the final product.

Different combinations of diameter, thickness, through hole and countersunk dimensions can be produced according to the customer's assembly design.

We manufacture neodymium magnets with countersunk holes for different screw specifications, including common M3, M4, M5, M6 and M8 configurations.

For non-standard projects, the hole does not have to follow an existing standard size. Buyers can provide the required through-hole diameter, countersunk diameter and angle directly on the drawing.

This makes it possible to manufacture the magnet around the existing product structure instead of modifying the product to fit a standard magnet.

For industrial projects, magnet selection should consider more than the NdFeB grade.

The final holding performance can also be affected by magnet dimensions, contact material, air gap, mating surface and assembly structure.

For this reason, we recommend that OEM buyers provide the actual installation conditions rather than selecting a magnet only according to N35, N42 or N52.

If an existing sample or drawing is available, we can manufacture according to the confirmed specifications. For new projects, the required dimensions and application can be reviewed before sampling.
