Thick Neodymium Disc Magnets for Compact High-Performance Designs
Our N52 Thick Neodymium Disc Magnets are manufactured from sintered NdFeB material with a higher thickness-to-diameter ratio than conventional thin disc magnets. The compact round structure is designed for applications where installation space is limited but sufficient magnetic volume and stable performance are required.
Depending on the dimensional ratio, the product can also be specified as a Round NdFeB Magnet, Neodymium Cylinder Magnet or short cylindrical magnet for OEM assemblies.

N35–N52 Grade Selection
Magnetic grades are available from N35 to N52, allowing buyers to balance magnetic performance, operating temperature and project cost.
N35–N42
Suitable for general industrial applications.
N45–N50
Used when higher magnetic performance is required within limited space.
N52
Suitable for compact applications requiring a high magnetic energy product.
M, H, SH and other temperature-resistant grades can also be evaluated for higher operating temperatures.
The final grade should be selected according to the complete assembly rather than magnet strength alone. Magnet dimensions, working gap, surrounding steel structure and operating temperature all influence actual magnetic performance.
